Tension hits us all at some particular point. It is the terror of what may occur, and today you never can tell what’s round the corner. if you do not beat your foreboding it’ll do serious damage to your psychological and physical health.

There are plenty of methods that have been used to beat hysteria, by a long way the best is meditation.
I was taught how to meditate when I was studying shaolin Kung Fu when I was younger. There many different types of meditation as well : Zen, Vipassana, Kundalini… Sadly , modern life contains tons of things to have anxiousness about : job, illness, war, cash, relations, children…And those are all things that you can hurt by not handling your stress! I’ve a buddy who had tons of sexual issues due to anxiety! The fears about his life paralyzed him from the waist down. It is a dreadful thing, but he began to read and meditating and doing good things to beat his stress.
Today you would not even know he ever had any sort of stress problem! It was not my chums fault either, he wasn’t taught how to address his stress so it became beyond control. His ma and pa were awfully stress out folks and did not know the way to control their stress, so how could they presumably teach their boy how to? This is a really common circumstance that folk finish up in today. When I was younger, I had bad social foreboding, but in those days it was called being "shy." Folks don’t call it shy any more, they call it social uneasiness, which makes it sound like a disease! It is not an illness and you can conquer it all by yourself without drugs!
And you owe it to oneself to beat your foreboding or your stresses and stress will overcome you. You see when you are under stress and have uneasiness for a while, your body releases a large number of hormones ( like adrenaline and cortisol ) that hurt your body when they reach unjustifiable levels. People don’t realize this, but it is very,very bad to be under a large amount of stress and to fret a lot.
